Once you have placed your gift order we aim to dispatch it in 2-3 working days.

Lampshade orders will be dispatched in 7-10 working days.

Orders are sent out with Royal Mail and charged at £4.95.

Delivery may be delayed due to the ongoing Royal Mail strikes.

Click and Collect

Local customers can use our free collection service, once an order is placed it can be collected in 2-3 working days at The Designerie, Bushmills, in the case of lampshade orders please allow a 7-10 day lead time.

 

 

International Delivery

We only offer delivery to the UK, this situation may change in the future. Thank you for your understanding. 

 

Saturdays, Sundays and all Bank Holidays are classed as non-working days.

 Returns

We hope you love your new items, however, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 5 working days of delivery of your products, so we may advise you of the necessary steps before returning the products.

All items need to be returned within 14 days, complete and in a reasonable condition. Personalised/made-to-order products may not be returned unless faulty. Where possible, we would ask that you return the item(s) with the original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
